A Prayer - For the Victims

An Everlasting Power

Almighty God, Creator of the Universe

In Your glory, this is where we will immerse

You are the mightiest and strongest of them all

You are the one that always saves us when we fall

We apologize for all the wrongs we have done

For the sins we have committed in the long run

We wish forgiveness from You and Your Holiness

We are truly sorry, our minds full of regrets

O God, thank You for all of the blessings You gave

All of us are thanking You for making us brave

You are the one who has guided us from the start

All of us are really thanking You from the heart

Lord God, we are asking for Your glory again

Please help all of those who are suffering in vain

Please give them a new start, a new life, a rebirth

So that we could live in bliss and delight in Earth

Typhoon Maring had caused lots of houses destroyed
Please do not let them be absorbed by the dark void
Please give the victims of the storm Your sacred light
To all of us, so that we could survive the fight

Thank You again for being our sanctuary

During severe times when things get really scary

We write to You this prayer, in our hands with pen

This is what we all ask, in Jesus' name, Amen.
